Friends of ECSAT UK
Friends of ECSAT (FoE) UK was registered as a charity with the Charity Commission of the UK this year, and works to raise and channel money from the UK to worthwhile projects run by ECSAT in Sri Lanka.
The Chairperson is Mrs Christina Mole, who is the main contact of FoE UK and who maintains contact with ECSAT in Sri Lanka. Other trustees are Gina Graham - who has had close contact with the team at ECSAT through training and supporting them in Sri Lanka - and Geraldine Mole who has also visited ECSAT to volunteer her time to look at the computer systems and databases.
Advisors to FoE are Tom Widd who has long been a volunteer helping with the setup of the ECSAT website, and Ruth Campbell who has provided her skills and support to ECSAT over the years in producing our annual report and looking at strategy, but who is now also supporting FoE set up systems and become sustainable.
