Short term funding affects the size of our staff team but we are pleased to introduce dedicated and skilled colleagues who help ECSAT make a difference for our members.
Roshan Samarawickrama (Programme Manager) (BSc Psychology) has developed his career within ECSAT starting as a Community Worker and taking on more responsible roles over time. He now spearheads the ECSAT Galle programme and is well known among government and other local development actors.
Mayuri de Silva (Administrator) has been with ECSAT for longer than any other staff member. She is efficient and willing to take on new challenges, and is a valued member of staff.
Gayani Sugandika (Inclusion of Deaf Children Project Manager), is calm under pressure and is taking responsibility for the running of this exciting new programme.
Menaka Lakmali (Outreach Coordinator) has recently returned to ECSAT after time with an international organisation, and is making real strides in the Galle-based referral system and outreach with disabled children.
